Return & Exchanges
You can try the piece on the spot while the courier is waiting, we accept exchanges and refunds only on the spot, once the courier leaves we wont be able to accept any exchanges or refunds.
No Refund or Exchange when you Purchase in discount time.

يمكنك تجربة القطعة أثناء تسليم الاوردر وقت انتظار مندوب شركة الشحن، ونحن نقبل الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع اثناء وجود المندوب فقط ، في حاله مغادرة مندوب شركة الشحن، لن نتمكن من قبول أي عمليات استبدال أو استرجاع.
لا يوجد استبدال او استرجاع عند الشراء وقت الخصم.

Our products are made from delicate fabrics, so it’s important to handle them with care. Hand wash gently without scrubbing or twisting separately in cold water with Downy. Do not soak. We highly recommend dry cleaning only.
